Bravo will keep its eye on Atlanta, ordering two new reality series based in the city. The network has also renewed Kim Zolciak’s Don't Be Tardy... for a second season.
Deadline reports that the first of the new shows is tentatively titled Taking Atlanta. This series will focus on a group of young Atlanta natives hoping to make their mark in entertainment, real estate and hospitality in the city. The group will have to balance their social life with their family. The series comes from NFGTV and Monami Entertainment and executive producers include Toby Barraud, Stefan Springman and Mona Scott-Young.
FremantleMedia North America’s Married to Medicine tells the stories of doctors and the wives of doctors who work in medicine in Atlanta. It was developed by Purveyors of Pop and Matt Anderson, Nate Green and Maty Buss will executive produce.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Zolciak’s Don't Be Tardy For the Wedding was also picked up for a new season. Zolciak is leaving Real Housewives and a recently released teaser for the Dec. 2 episode features her telling the camera, “I'm done with this whole thing.”
