With new information regarding the upcoming Star Wars underway, Carrie Fisher has now come forward to say that she wouldn’t miss playing Princess Leia once again.
TMZ caught up with the actress as she was leaving LAX on Saturday, asking her if she would take on a role in the Disney based film, Episode 7. She replied, “Yes. Sure. Wouldn't you?"
The Star Wars actress also told TMZ that she felt that Disney pulled the rug out from underneath George Lucas, as he sold the franchise to Disney for a mere $4.05 billion- Fisher reportedly believes he should have gotten at least $500 million more.
Harrison Ford has also noted that he would be up to returning as Han Solo, however, reports suggest that the 70-year-old actor would ask for a mandatory death scene.
A source close to the project had previously stated that “Harrison is open to the idea of doing the movie and he’s upbeat about it, all three of them are.”
