The Voice judge Cee Lo Green has signed on to guest star on Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management.
According to TV Line, Green will star as a version of himself described as the nicest person in show business. Green goes to Charlie for help, since he thinks that the pressure will cause him to eventually explode.
As E! News notes, Green has appeared as himself in the past on TV, guest starring in a season three episode of NBC’s Parenthood.
His Anger Management role is another job that will keep him busy during his Voice hiatus, during the show’s fourth season. He is developing a family sitcom for NBC.
Anger Management was picked up for 90 more episodes, following a 10-episode first season that earned good ratings for FX. The series is produced by Lionsgate, which also announced that the first season will be out on Blu-ray on Jan. 8.
The series was also picked up for syndication.
According to Cinemablend, the second season is set to air sometime next year. It is not known when Green will make his appearance.
