CNN anchor Don Lemon and Superbad actor, Jonah Hill are the most recent celebs to engage in an all-out war-of-words on Twitter.
Us Weekly reports that Lemon began the Twitter war after he spotted Hill in a local hotel. After attempting to exchange niceties, and allegedly being blown off by the 28-year-old actor, Lemon took to Twitter to air out his frustrations.
“Said hi to @jonahhill in hotel. Think he thought i was bellman. Didn't know his name til bellman told me. A lesson to always be kind,” the 48-year-old journalist wrote. Later, he responded to a follower's question, stating that Hill was “a tool.”

Finally, Hill took to the defense, taking a jab at openly-gay Lemon. He tweeted and deleted, "I said hi. What do you want me to do, move in with you? I was in a hurry. Didn't realize you were a 12 year old girl. Peace."
Lemon responded with, “Hardley, you’re not my type”
.@jonahhill Hardly. You're not my type. But I know rude. And u were.

According to Us Weekly, Hill later attempted to explain his actions, saying, “I walked out of the restroom and found you waiting for me. Shook hands, said hi and was on my way. Sorry if you found that rude."
Lemon wasn’t taking the explanation though, stating that he and the bell man couldn’t help but laugh at “how self-important you were.” He adds, “Just being honest. Be nice. Stardom is fleeting."
