Gabriel Aubry, who was arrested following a fight outside ex-girlfriend Halle Berry’s home on Thanksgiving, has emerged since the fight, which left him injured.
TMZ is reporting that Aubry was photographed in Los Angeles Friday with a bruised, swollen face. It was the first time he had been seen since the fight with Berry’s fiance, Olivier Martinez, on Thursday.
As we previously reported, Aubry and Martinez got into a heated argument outside Berry’s home, which turned violent. Aubry was there to drop off 4-year-old Nahla, his and Berry’s daughter.
During the fight, Aubry pushed Martinez, then punched him in the shoulder. Martinez then hit him in the face.
Both men suffered injuries, but Aubry suffered the worst of it, receiving a broken rib and face contusions. Martinez did hurt his neck and hand.
As a result of the fight, law enforcement sources told TMZ, that a judge issued an emergency order that keeps Aubry 100 feet away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla.
Aubry was booked on $20,000 bail, but was later released Thursday night.
The fight came after a judge said earlier this month that Berry could not permanently move Nahla with her to Paris. She claimed that the LA paparazzi scene was not safe for Nahla, an argument the judge disagreed with.
