Halle Berry selling home where Thanksgiving fight took place, police find Gabriel Aubry responsible

By Daniel S Levine,

Halle Berry is reportedly selling the Hollywood home where the now infamous fight between her fiance Olivier Martinez and Gabriel Aubry took place.

According to TMZ, the Oscar-winner very quietly listed the Hollywood Hills home for $15 million. Real estate sources for the site say that Berry gave a realtor a pocket listing, which is not advertised.

Billy Rose of The Agency was the broker Berry worked with. Rose has a history with the house, having owned it a decade ago. He renovated it and sold it to Frankie Muniz, who then sold it to Berry.

The 5,900 sq. ft. Tuscan-estate comes with five bedrooms, a pool, a 1,400 sq. ft. guest house and a spa. Berry received a $11 million offer last week, but she wants more for it.

As The New York Post notes, the house also has a motor court, which is where the fight took place.

As for the police investigation into the fight, TMZ reports that the police report found that Aubry was responsible for starting it, not Martinez. Nevertheless, he will not face criminal charges.

Aubry is the father of Berry’s 4-year-old daughter, Nahla. The fight started when Aubry came to Berry’s house to drop Nahla off for Thanksgiving.
