Jon Bon Jovi’s daughter, Stephanie Rose Bongiovi, 19, has been arrested on suspicion of a heroin overdose.

Bongiovi goes to school at Hamilton College in Kirkland, N.Y. and she was arrested for possession of the drug around 1:51 a.m. on Wednesday.

According to People, Bongiovi could have overdosed in her dorm room in upstate New York, where a volunteer ambulance squad and police officers were called late last night.

Police say they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and heroin in the dorm room when they searched it, in addition to finding it in possession of Bongiovi and 21-year-old student Ian S. Grant.

Hamilton College told WKTV "In addition to violating state law, the actions alleged to have been committed by the students violate Hamilton College policy.

The college is cooperating with the police investigation. Our first concern is always for the safety of our students. Out of respect for the privacy of our students and in accordance with federal regulations we do not discuss individual health or disciplinary matters."

The rocker’s daughter was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and ordered to a court date.
