Kelly Clarkson, Pitbull, Melanie Fiona, and Metric were confirmed Friday for this year’s upcoming VH1 Divas special.
MTV reports Clarkson, Pitbull, Fiona, and Metric join the show’s other confirmed performers: Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, Ciara and Jordin Sparks. Adam Lambert is hosting the show.
According to Billboard, Havana Brown will be the house DJ for the show. Brown and Pitbull collaborated on the hit song "We Run the Night.”
Clarkson was featured on the show in 2009 and 2011, but it will be the first appearance for Pitbull, Fiona, and Metric.
EVP of VH1's original music production and development Lee Rolontz said in a statement: "This is going to be one hell of a party! We are extremely thrilled to have the extraordinarily talented Adam Lambert as our 2012 VH1 Divas host. The world has truly been inspired by dance music and what better way for VH1 to pay tribute than by honoring legends Whitney Houston and Donna Summer through song and dance."
The show will honor Whitney Houston and Donna Summer, who both passed away this year. Both women appeared on VH1 Divas before.
Tickets for the show benefit VH1 Save the Music Foundation, a charity that focuses on saving musical education in public schools. They have given over $49.5 million worth of musical instruments so far.
VH1 Divas 2012 show will air live on VH1 Sunday, December 16, at 9 p.m. ET.
