Khloe Kardashian talks 'X Factor' nip slip

Wednesday, October 31, The X Factor debuted two new co-hosting faces in reality starlet Khloe Kardashian and former Saved by the Bell actor, Mario Lopez.

Kardashian stole the night with a sheer colored top which exposed her left nipple. The usual sharp-tongued British judge, Simon Cowell, quipped that the air conditioner must have been on “high” and that the co-hosting beauty's outfit was quite “distracting.”

Us Weekly caught up with Kardashian who laughed off the incident and noted that she was happy that Cowell was able to joke about the obvious "elephant in the room."

"I didn't mind that he talked about it because it was there! Like if you didn't talk about it, it would have been weird,” she laughs.

Cowell adds of continuing filming, "We were all told off today, 'Under no circumstances are you allowed to mention the word 'nipple'…I said, 'I didn't say the word!'"

Continuing he joked, “All I said was the air conditioning was on…You've all got dirty minds!"

So how did Khloe find out that she was suffering a wardrobe malfunction? “Production was telling me 'areolas' in my ear! They were like, 'Your areolas are out' -- literally! And I couldn't do anything until the break - that's live TV!" she explained.
