On Friday, Twilight couple Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson arrived at New York’s JFK Airport. The 22-year-old actress and her 26-year-old beau were spotted boarding a plane at London’s Heathrow Airport headed for New York. According to reports, they were returning from a holiday trip where they spent Thanksgiving day with Rob’s family.
If reports hold truth, it was a very important holiday visit for Stewart. Rob’s sisters Victoria and Lizzy were reportedly upset with Kristen after her cheating scandal went public this past summer.
According to Hollywood Life his sisters were said to be “disgusted” by Kristen’s cheating revelation and felt she “embarrassed the entire family by cheating on Rob.”
Now, at a time to be close to family and give thanks, Rob’s sisters have forgiven Kristen. They welcomed Kristen back into the family with open arms making for a happy drama-free dinner.
“It was really important for Kristen to win back the love and trust of Rob's family, and she has done just that,” said a source, according to The Daily Mail. “'They are all back on really good terms - even better than before. Kristen reached out to Rob's sisters and expressed how sorry she was. They are proud of how far she has come and they know she has been treating their brother like gold.”
