Kristen Stewart still hates herself for cheating on Robert Pattinson

It’s been several months and one final Twilight premiere later since news first broke that Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson with her Snow White and the Huntsmen director Rupert Sanders. And while they say time heals all wounds, KStew is reportedly still struggling to live with the reality of what she did to Rob.

Us Weekly reports that the high profile couple are back together and working on rekindling their romance. And even though KStew has received forgiveness from Rob, sources reveal that she still doesn’t forgive herself.

“He’s never going to forget what she did, but he has forgiven her,” the insider shared. “Almost losing him was a wake-up call for Kristen. And Rob doesn’t want to be angry anymore. They want to move forward.”

The source continued on to say that Stewart still has a lot to prove to her on-again boyfriend and “there are good days and bad days.” But ultimately, Kristen “still feels guilty.”

According to the U.K.’s Daily Mail, the couple has been spotted on several occasions looking lovey dovey and showcasing a little PDA.

At the Breaking Dawn: Part 2 premiere in London on Wednesday, Rob had his arm around Kristen the entire time and the two looked over the moon in love.
