Leonardo DiCaprio splits from Victoria's Secret model girlfriend

Leonardo DiCaprio is now single after breaking up with his Victoria's Secret model girlfriend, Erin Heatherton.

According to E! Online, the couple has called it quits, citing DiCaprio's heavy work schedule as one of the causes.

The Inception star was busy in Australia last year filming The Great Gatsby and this year has been marked with his long hours working on the new Quentin Tarantino film, Django Unchained.

Before Heatherton, DiCaprio was dating Gossip Girl star Blake Lively. Prior to Lively, he was dating another famous model, Bar Refaeli. However, before all of these shorter relationships, the bachelor was dating Gisele Bündchen for four solid years.

According to an older E! Online article, DiCaprio took Heatherton on a Mexican getaway earlier this year. In addition to Heatherton the Victoria's Secret model, another female was taken on the trip; DiCaprio's mother.

Although Heatherton obtained mama DiCaprio's approval and Lively did not, both women failed to tame one of Hollywood's biggest bachelors. Django Unchained, DiCaprio's next film, comes out on Christmas, December 25, of this year. Check out the trailer below.
