As hype continues to build for the upcoming X-Men film X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer has announced that two more heavyweights will return to the film, Patrick Stewart and Ian Mckellan.
According to Singer's twitter the two actors who played Magneto and Professor Charles Xavier are the most recent additions to the cast in addition to many returning actors from X-Men First Class. They include The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence, Shame actor Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy who plays a young Professor Xavier, and Nicholas Hoult.

Singer directed the first two X-Men films, which many consider to be the best of the franchise. When the franchise reboot was green lit with X-Men First Class, Singer moved to the producer role.
According to CBS News, the film is set to release on July 18, 2014.
