Rapper Kendrick Lamar changes his mind on voting in the elections (Video)

It seems that Compton rapper Kenrick Lamar has had a change of heart with regards to voting. As the election date November 6. approaches Lamar has decided that he will vote after previously stating that he would not.

A couple of months ago back in the summer Lamar told website The Truth is Scary that he would not be voting in the upcoming presidential election. He explains, “I don't do no voting. I will keep it straight up real with you. I don't believe in none of the sh*t that's going on in the world…everything has a contradiction, everything is higher ranking and way beyond us, way beyond people.”

He went on to advise viewers to “do what you do, do good with your people and live your life because what's going on isn't really in our hands.” Watch the interview below.

In a recent interview with MTV News Lamar stated that he will vote. He also explained that he hates when people blame Obama when things go wrong.
