Selena Gomez onscreen family offers support post-breakup

Selena Gomez may be broken hearted post-split from Believe artist, Justin Bieber, but the Wizards of Waverly Place actress is receiving a lot of support from her onscreen family.

According to E! News, both Jennifer Stone, who plays Harper on the hit Disney show, and David DeLuise, who stars as her onscreen dad, took to Twitter to pay support to the 20-year-old beauty.

Stone wrote, “That's why you don't rob the cradle, because babe's be trippin.”

DeLuise offered a father-figure tweet, writing, “All woman should be treated with respect! Listen up boy @selenagomez.” He later added, “@selenagomez See how much fun we have! Thinking about u. Have a great weekend and remember what I told :)” With the tweet he attached an adorable photo of the two.

Bieber and Gomez called it quits last week after a rep for the couple confirmed that their hectic schedules made it nearly impossible for them to carry on a regular relationship. While rumors of infidelity have surfaced, Bieber has expressed his desire to get back with the multi-talented Gomez.

Also, the two were spotted at the same hotel over the weekend, sparking rumors of a potential reconciliation.
