Selena Gomez 'sad' about breakup with Justin Bieber, source states

Selena Gomez may seem like all is well on the outside just days after her breakup with Justin Bieber was splashed across the headlines, but a source explains that on the inside the talented singer/actress is “sad.”

“She's sad. It's hard for her,” a source tells E! News. The Wizards of Waverly Place star has been trying to keep herself busy post-split, as she’s been spotted in New York to both promote her new line at Kmart as well as be honored during Glamour magazine's “Women of the Year” event.

Previously, she was spotted by paparazzi asking how she is dealing with all of the attention surrounding her breakup with the “As Long As You Love Me” singer. She explained, “I don’t know, you know…I’m just taking it day by day. I’m very lucky to do what I do, and I’m glad I can do it.”

After New York, Gomez will head to Texas to join Ryan Seacrest to help launch a broadcast studio for patients at the Children’s Medical Center.

E! asked the unidentified source if Bieber and Gomez will get back together. “Of course, no one knows. They're young and in love, so you never know," the source explained.
