Sources close to Ariel Winter state she was never intimate with 18-year-old beau

Sources have come forward, in light of Modern Family actress Ariel Winter’s family drama, to TMZ, that she was never intimate with her now ex-boyfriend, Cameron Palatas.

According to TMZ, sources close to the 14-year-old actress state that Ariel insists her mother, Crystal Workman, is “flat out lying.”

Workman alleged, after Winter was removed from her home, that she never abused her daughter, that she was simply saving her from her 18-year-old boyfriend's advances, as she found the two in bed. She claimed that she saved her daughter from “statutory rape.”

However, it should be noted that Workman did not file her claims until after Winter had evacuated her home nearly one week ago.

Another source states, "Ariel is so innocent, she never even kissed a boy until her first kiss in a 'Modern Family' episode."

Sources close to the situation tell the site that Workman is simply making these allegations so as not to appear as a bad person, as the matter has been highly publicized.

Winter is currently living under the temporary guardianship of her sister, Shanelle Gray.
