Since the big Disney buy out of Lucasfilm, the internet has been buzzing about every little detail they can get their hands on concerning Star Wars Episode VII, which today includes rumors about the writer of the film.
According to Vulture, screenwriter Michael Arndt has reportedly written a 40 to 50 page treatment for the seventh installment up for release in 2015.
IGN says that Arndt has actually written treatments for the whole trilogy, not just the first film.
Arndt was nominated for a screenwriting Oscar for Toy Story 3 and won an Oscar for Little Miss Sunshine. He also wrote The Hunger Games: Catching Fire which is currently in production and set for release November 22, 2013.
His film will reportedly include Luke, Leia and Han Solo.
Yesterday the internet went abuzz when Carrie Fisher said she would return for the sequel when approached by paparazzi.
Earlier this week, Harrison Ford was reported to be up for the new series as well.
As of now, very little is known about upcoming trilogy of films, but more details surface every day.
