Tamera Mowry-Housley welcomes baby boy Aden John Tanner Housley

Former Sister, Sister star Tamera Mowry gave birth to her first child on Monday.

Mowry’s rep confirmed to E! News that she and husband Adam Housley welcomed a baby boy named Aden John Tanner Housley.

The proud dad also gushed to In Touch "We are so happy! He is healthy, happy, strong, beautiful and our families are so excited to have another grandchild, cousin and nephew."

Aden was born at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles and weighed in at 9 lbs. 5 oz. and measured 21.5 inches.

The Tia and Tamera star and first-time mom’s rep also said, “Both mommy and baby are healthy and her whole family is thrilled. He is a big strong kid and he and mom are resting well with dad alongside."

Tamera’s twin sister, Tia, also has a son, 1-year-old Cree.

The Style Network, which airs the sisters’ reality show, said in a statement, “Along with fans at home, we have followed their first year of marriage–from their beautiful wedding last May to this journey to bring their first child into the world. Now, a wonderful, new chapter begins for Tamera and Adam."
