ABC revealed its midseason schedule, announcing when Body of Proof will be returning and setting the premiere dates for several new shows, including the drama Red Widow and the cooking competition The Taste.
Celebrity chefs Anthony Bourdain, Nigella Lawson, Ludo Lefebvre and restaurateur Brian Malarkey. host The Taste, which will have a two-hour series premiere on Tuesday, Jan. 22, reports Entertainment Weekly. On the following Tuesday, the show will have its regular time premiere at 8pm.
The other new reality competition is Celebrity Diving, which is based on a Dutch TV hit called Celebrity Splash. Like Dancing with the Stars, it puts celebrities to the test, having them learn how to dive with the help of professional diving instructors. Celebrity Diving premieres on Tuesday, March 19 at 8pm.
Speaking of DWTS, the hit show is back on March 18 at 8pm.
According to TV Line, the network’s new dramas include Red Widow with Radha Mitchell and Zero Hour with Anthony Edwards.
Red Widow will take the now-cancelled 666 Park Avenue’s old slot on Sundays at 10pm. It premieres on March 3 with a two-hour episode starting at 9pm.
Zero Hour takes Last Resort’s Thursday 8pm slot and starts on Feb. 14.
Body Of Proof will be back on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 10pm.
ABC will also move Suburgatory back to Wednesdays at 8:30pm on April 3. Sarah Chalke’s How To Live With Your Parents (For The Rest Of Your Life) will premiere the same night at 9:30pm. Another comedy, Family Tools, will premiere on May 1 in Suburgatory’s slot when that show finishes its second season.
