Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from actress Demi Moore following a year of separation.
Reuters reports that the Two and a Half Men actor filed for divorce from Moore in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday citing irreconcilable differences.
The two separated in 2011 following allegations of infidelity on Ashton’s behalf. Moore released a statement at the time saying, “It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.”
Since their split, Kutcher has been linked to Black Swan and That ‘70s Show costar actress Mila Kunis.
According to the court documents, Kutcher is not seeking spousal support and is not denying Moore support, Reuters notes.
E! News reports that Kutcher filed for divorce under the name, Christopher Kutcher. He also listed property rights as “to be determined” as well as stating that he wishes for both parties to pay their own legal fees.
