Bachelorette couple Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum got married on Dec. 12, following in the footsteps of Trista and Ryan Sutter as only the second couple in Bachelorette history to tie the knot.
Their wedding special will air this Sunday, but now that they’re happily married, they’re already answering questions about kids.
“Oh gosh. We never really planned for that. We just got married, so we're just going to chill out for a little while and enjoy each other's company,” Hebert said during a conference call after the wedding, RealityTVWorld reports. “We don't really have a plan yet. I mean, they're definitely in the future -- in the somewhat near future -- but there's no specific timeline, right babe?”
Her husband added “Yes, you got it! We go back and forth. We do go back and forth on how many though. I want two.”
Hebert then laughed, “J.P. wants two, I want one. I want another dog; J.P. doesn't.”
Zimbio reports that they also dished on wedding details, with Hebert saying when she was walking down the aisle all she could think about was how heavy her dress’ train was.
"I wish I could say that it was something other than, 'Wow my train is so heavy, I'm not sure I can make it all the way up those steps,'" she laughed. “Baby, I’m sorry, but that was the truth. It was so heavy.”
