Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy, trouble in paradise?

Reports are surfacing stating that the marriage between Bethenny Ever After’s Bethenny Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy is on the rocks.

According to Us Weekly, Frankel and Hoppy were spotted having several tense moments in the reality show, Bethenny Ever After, and now sources reveal that the situation may be worse than expected.

“Things have gotten even more strained in recent months…They're fighting a lot,” a source tells the magazine. In addition to the fights, the source adds that the tension has become so extreme that the two are spending a significant amount of time apart. Currently, the 42-year-old reality star is focused on her Skinnygirl product while Hoppy is reportedly taking golf trips to get away.

"She's very focused, but he's just not driven,” the source explains, noting that is the main issue between the two.

Hoppy and Frankel have been married for just under three years and are parents to two-year-old daughter, Bryn. The source notes that despite the troubles, Frankel is driven to make the relationship work.

Frankel spoke about the difficulties of marriage during an interview with People back in July. At the time she and Hoppy were experiencing relationship troubles. She explained, "We've been scared. The second year of marriage was not easy. We hit bottom, [but] we came out the other side.”

However, despite any tension, the reality star turned talk-show host does maintain that their marriage is worth fighting for. “I think we have what it takes to make it work," she explains, adding, “I don't have a backup plan. It's not like shopping for shoes and getting a new pair. That's not what it's about."
