Clippers beat Bulls for seventh straight win

By Jassum Gloster,

On Tuesday night, Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Chicago Bulls 94-89. This victory was the seventh straight win for the Clippers.

The Bulls are playing without superstar point guard Derrick Rose, who was injured last season in the playoffs against the Philadelphia 76ers. The team has several new players to help balance the injuries that they are facing. Some of the new faces include Marco Belinelli and Nate Robinson. If the Bulls were going to win this tough game, then they needed their other stars to step up. Unfortunately for them, it didn’t happen.

According to the Chicago Tribune, when asked how he felt about the Clippers, Belinelli said, "They're one of the best teams in the league right now."

The Clippers have not only been successful on the offensive end, but also on the defensive end as well. The AP reports that Chris Paul, point guard for the Clippers, said, "We want our identity to be a defensive identity. We're still trying to build that."
