It looks like Halle Berry, her fiance Olivier Martinez and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry are ready to move on after Aubry and Martinez’s Thanksgiving Day brawl outside her home. Martinez and Berry want the charges against Aubry dropped. This comes after the three announced that they reached an ‘amicable agreement.’
TMZ is reporting that police now have a clear picture of what happened during the fight, noting that Aubry committed two batteries against Martinez.
The fight started when Aubry came to Berry’s home to drop off 4-year-old Nahla. Martinez said, “We need to talk.” Police say that Aubry then started the fight, pushing Martinez to the ground, then he committed a second battery by swinging at Martinez’s face and hitting his shoulder.
According to TMZ’s sources, police believe that at this point, Martinez was acting in self defense when he hit Aubry.
Police are also “concerned” about Aubry’s “ongoing anger issues.”
Still, Perez Hilton and TMZ are reporting that Martinez does not want to pursue criminal charges against Aubry. They believe it would not be in Nahla’s best interests to continue the matter.
