Twilight actress Kristen Stewart is teaming up with Argo actor/director Ben Affleck in a new romantic comedy Focus.
Stewart confirmed the exciting casting to Huffington Post saying, “I can confirm that rumor. It's a comedy. I'm really excited about it. We start shooting in April."
Focus will see 22-year-old Stewart and the 40-year-old actor in various steamy scenes. According to Hollywoodlife, Stewart is slated to take on a character who is “disarming and sexy without trying.”
The film will show heavy make-out sessions as well as the illusion of sex as the two are seen in bed together after the alleged romp.
Written by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, (both of Crazy, Stupid, Love), the film has not revealed any additional cast outside of Stewart and Affleck.
The GQ Man of the Year gushed about the potential of pairing up with Stewart saying, “She's terrific and hopefully it will work out."
Variety announced the news of the potential duo pairing up in early November. Denise DiNovi is slated to produce the film.
