Madonna has threatened to cancel her show in Chile if her fans don’t promise to not smoke.

The “Material Girl” was doing a sound check last night in Santiago when she threatened to stop the show if people continued to smoke.

"There are people smoking right now, " she yelled when some smoke surfaced, TMZ reports ... "No smoking!"

"If you're going to smoke cigarettes, I'm not doing a show,” she added.

Madonna continued on to tell smokers in the crowd “You don't care about me? I don't care about you. All right? Are we going to play that game? I'm not kidding. I can't sing if you smoke .. Entiendes?"

"You're looking right at me and smoking cigarettes, like I'm a stupid f**king idiot,” she went on to say.
