Mick Jagger is making light of being the subject of a song by Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera called “Moves Like Jagger.”
The rock legend appeared on the Late Show with David Letterman, where he did a list of “Top Ten Things I, Mick Jagger, Have Learned After 50 Years In Rock 'n' Roll.'”
One of the items on that list is "You don’t earn a cent when someone does a song about having moves like Jagger,” Entertainmentwise reports.
Other funny facts that Jagger has learned throughout all the years in the business are “You start out playing rock ‘n’ roll so you can have sex and do drugs. But you end up doing drugs so you can still play rock ‘n’ roll and have sex."
He also joked, "Be considerate of other hotel guests - trash your room by 10 p.m.”
The 69-year-old Rolling Stones icon also joked about being on the road for so many years, noting “Before shouting ‘Hi Seattle’, make sure you’re in Seattle,” The Telegraph reports.
Furthermore, love letters that Jagger wrote to a past love interest have sold at auction recently for over $300,000.
