As the holiday season is upon us, networks are gearing up for some exciting guests, performances and holiday finales. Let’s see what’s coming up this week in television.

This week, CBS’ David Letterman will see guest appearances from John Krasinski, Robert Plant, Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones on Monday, December 3. Matt Damon is set to take a seat next to Letterman on December 4, Albert Brooks on December 5, Billy Murray with special musical guest Vintage Trouble will appear on December 6 and Friday will see Dustin Hoffman, an honoree from the 35th Annual Kennedy Center, along with musical guest, One Direction.

NBC has announced that Nick Lachey will host a new singing show, The Winner Is

The Biggest Loser will return with a two-night premiere January 6&7 with 15 adults and kids determined to lose weight. The hit weight-loss show will also see the return of Jillian Michaels.

It was also announced that Howard Stern will return as a judge on America’s Got Talent.

Psy, Demi Lovato, Diana Ross, Megan Hilty, Chris Mann and American Idol winner will team up to perform on TNT’s annual Christmas in Washington hosted by Conan O’Brien. The event will premiere December 21.

The Top 6 finalists will perform on Fox’s The X Factor Wednesday, December 5. Fans will see a performance from season one winner Melanie Amaro and on Thursday, December 6, pop singer Ke$ha will perform on the all-new live results show.
