Adam Levine Hosts "SNL" along with Musical Guest Kendrick Lamar

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine has once again taken the Saturday Night Live stage — although this time, he took his act solo.

Last time Levine appeared on the comedy show, he served as the musical guest on November 17th, along with the rest of his band Maroon 5. Levine joked, “Like all successful singers I knew it would only be a matter of time before I would overreach and try acting.”

One of the more memorable skits of the night according to The NY Daily News featured Adam Sandberg, Cameron Diaz, and Jerry Seinfeld as judges in a spoof of Levine’s show “The Voice.” Each judge attempted to recruit Levine to join their team with Diaz prompting him to take his shirt off and Seinfeld urging him to use his “Jewishness.”

Critics of the episode complained about Levine’s acting skills, with Rolling Stone claiming that Levine’s comedic timing “went totally missing.” The Huffington Post also slammed Levine, declaring that he was “not a particularly good ‘SNL’ host” and rated his monologue as the worst skit of the night.

What did you think of Adam Levine’s acting chops on “SNL” last night?
