Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger hopes to win the heart of his ex-wife Maria Shriver back, reports state.
"We're not fighting any war. I still hope for reconciliation. I love Maria still," Arnold explains as quoted by Zap2It.
The handsome couple split in 2012 after it was revealed that he had a child with housekeeper Mildred Baena. News of the affair began surfacing in 2011 after many speculated he was using funds to cover up his indiscretion with Baena.
Joseph, their son, is now 15-years-old.
The former politico revealed some interesting details about his life, including his affair and respective son in his new book Total Recall: My Unbelievably True Story.
Since the split, Maria and Arnold have shared holidays together with their four children. Maria has not revealed if she too desires reconciliation.
