Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's divorce process is going to be a long one.
Frankel explained in detail in the legal document she filed weeks ago what she wanted Hoppy to give her and their two-year-old daughter, Bryn.
And now, Hoppy has filed his response, asking for the exact demands Frankel has asked, TMZ reported.
Frankel's husband of over two years states in his legal document that he wants primary custody of Bryn, which Frankel asked in her document,
Hoppy states he wants a child support - Frankel asked for child support effective immediately.
He also writes that he wants medical, dental support, and related expenses for himself and Bryn - Frankel demanded him to pay any forms of medical supports for herself and Bryn.
Hoppy states Frankel should maintain life insurance fo9r herself, making him and Bryn beneficiaries - Frankel demanded him to do the same, benefiting herself and Bryn.
He writes for exclusive use of marital residency - the exact same demand Frankel wrote.
Lastly, he states that Frankel should pay for his accountant, lawyers, etc.
The former Real Housewives of New York star and her businessman husband displayed their marital problems in the Bravo reality TV show Bethenny Ever After.
After two years of marriage, she announced their separation on December 23 last year, and filed for divorce two weeks later.
Frankel said, "This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family. We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority. This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."
