Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, is now off probation much earlier than expected according to reports.
Mueller had been under probation for her cocaine possession charge, but the judges and the prosecutors must have been so impressed with her progress that they took her off probation months early, reports TMZ.
Sources for the site say that her lawyer, Yale Galanter, met with prosecutor Arnie Mordkin in Aspen, where she was arrested last year. Mordkin ended Mueller’s supervised probation and the judge approved on Jan. 3.
The judge and prosecutors felt that Mueller did as she was supposed to, not breaking any laws while under probation. So, if she continues to avoid trouble with the law, the incident will be off her record by May.
Mueller recently had her 19th trip to rehab, seeking treatment for an addiction to Adderall. Just six days later, she left rehab, although reports state that she will continue receiving outpatient treatment.
Mueller is Sheen’s third ex-wife and the mother of his twin sons.
