San Diego-based reality TV star Robert “Sandman” Johnston, a star from Discovery Channel’s Devil’s Ride, was arrested for attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a man during a burglary in December 22 of last year.

According to TMZ, the charging documents stated Johnston to be responsible for breaking into the house with the intention of burglary, but ended up stabbing his victim at some point.

The 30-year-old Johnston had been behind bars since December 27, and currently in lieu of $255,000 bail, E! confirmed with the spokesman for George Bailey Detention Facility.

The court date for Johnston had been arranged to be on January 11 at El Cajon Courthouse, where he would be charged for attempted murder (with a knife), burglary, making criminal threats, reckless driving, and more.

Sandman had been the member of motorcycle gang, The Laffing Devils for two years, as written in his Discovery biography.

The Devil’s Ride, a TV series focusing on the gang's life, had wrapped its first season last summer, but rumored to air for its second season.
