Family with 12 children sold their home to live in an RV (Video)

A family of 14 has been traveling the country packed in one RV looking for adventure after selling their Glenwood Springs, Colorado home last fall.

Mother Susie Kellogg told Yahoo News, “every single day is a weekend."

The 11 oldest children all get home schooled on the vehicle each morning. Every day, the family goes hiking and kayaking looking for adventure.

Kellogg told The Today Show, “I think everyone else already looks at us and thinks, ‘oh my gosh 12 kids how on Earth do you cope?’”

The children range form ages 1 to 19, and all 12 spend their days with the family on the bus.

“We wanted to get rid of the mortgage,” Susie said. “Get rid of the car payments and breathe,” the mother of 12 added.

Susie told Yahoo News she was looking to live in the moment and didn’t want to spend her days waiting for Friday to come.
