Mark Salling, best known for his role on Glee is being accused of sexual battery.

His publicist Janice Lee told TMZ, "There's no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success."

"We turn the rest over to Mark's attorneys and have no further comment," Lee continued.

The plaintiff, Roxanne Gorzela, stated in the lawsuit that she began dating Salling in September 2010, and on March 2011, before she went to Canada, they spent a night together.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Philip J. Layfield, Gorzela explained what happened to that night, including "inserted his penis into [her] vagina without a condom," E! News reported.

The lawsuit said, "Although Defendant was aware that Plaintiff did not consent to unprotected sexual intercourse, Defendant violated Plaintiff again by inserting his penis into Plaintiff's vagina without a condom for a second time."

Gorzela said that she became overwhelmed with anxiety after the night, worried that she might have be contracted with sexually transmitted diseases.

She confronted Salling about whether he got an STD, but instead, he grabbed and pushed her, which lead to her hitting her head.

Gorzela is looking fro unspecified general, special and punitive damages.
