'Glee' actor Mark Salling sued for sexual battery

Glee actor Mark Salling is being accused of sexual battery by a woman who claims he forced her to have unprotected sex with him.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, the victim, Roxanne Gorzela, revealed the graphic details in a lawsuit which alleges that Salling refused to wear a condom before engaging in sexual intercourse. Gorzela claims to have pressed for protection but instead he opted to "insert his penis into [her] vagina without a condom."

Gorzela, who dated the actor around Sept. 2010, claims that sexual intercourse was only permitted when Salling wore a condom.

She goes on to state that when she went back to Salling to discuss the incident, she caught him in bed with another woman and demanded he prove that he did not have an STD, TMZ reports. Salling allegedly refused and pushed her to the ground.

Janice Lee, a publicist for the actor tells TMZ, "There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success."

Since the report surfaced the Glee star has sent out a cryptic tweet which reads, “always have and always will appreciate your support. Terror and intimidation are things ill never subscribe to. Love y'all so much.”

Gorzela is suing Salling for unspecified damages.
