'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' returns to TLC with four 'Holladays' specials

By Gina DiFalco,

As promised, all new Here Comes Honey Boo Boo “Holladays” specials will air on TLC, starting this Sunday.

This Sunday at 9pm, the Halloween special will premiere, showing Toddlers & Tiaras star Alana Thompson and her self-proclaimed redneck family.

“Mama peed in the corn,” Alana tells her dad, Mike “Sugar Bear” Thompson in the first of four specials, The New York Daily News reports.

“There wasn’t no Porta-Potties in the corn maze,” June “Mama” Shannon told the Daily News. “We was in there for a quite a while.”

The Thanksgiving special will then air on Sunday, Jan. 13, at 9pm and Shannon promises “the Thanksgiving special is going to be a little bit more funnier than the Halloween episode.”

Before their Christmas special airs on Feb. 17 at 8pm, a never-before-seen special will air on Sunday, Feb. 10, 8pm.

“They’re following our lives as it happens,” Shannon said of the specials. “That’s the only way I ever wanted it to be when I started with TLC, and they’re still supporting us and saying, ‘You be you, and we’ll just follow you with the camera.’”

As we previously reported, Barbara Walters named Honey Boo Boo one of her picks for the "Most Fascinating People” of the year.
