Hulk Hogan’s sex tape controversy is far from over, as the pro wrestler has just refiled a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker, who published a portion of the tape on their website.
Last month, Hogan dismissed the case in federal court, but he has since refiled in Florida court.
According to TMZ, not only is he suing Gawker, but he’s suing his sex tape partner, Heather Clem, who’s the ex-wife of radio personality and his former friend Bubba the Love Sponge. Hogan thinks Clem had something to do with the leaking of the tape.
The reason for Hulk dismissing the tape in federal court without prejudice is reportedly to make it easier on him. By consolidating the lawsuits against Gawker and Clem, less paperwork and lawyer fees are involved.
Hogan also had a lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge, but that one has since been settled.
TV Guide reports that Bubba also apologized to Hogan on his radio show after the settlement.
The tape is said to have been recorded six years ago.
