Teen Mom 2’s Jenelle Evans has filed assault charges against her husband, Courtland Rogers.
E! News reports that Evans filed the charges against her husband on Jan. 24 for physically assaulting a pregnant woman. Dust R.T. Sullivan, a rep for Evans, tells E!, “She has taken charges out on Courtland Rogers, her husband. The charges are assault on a female with an unborn child. She made the charges today."
According to the report, Evans filed four charges against Rogers. Sullivan informs, “They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get. He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge."
News of the assault comes less than two weeks after the couple announced they are expecting their first child together.
Following filing the assault charges, Evans took to Twitter to vent. “I am getting a divorce, ASAP. YOU F****G LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIGE?! F*K U, U F****G PIECE OF S**,” she wrote.
The reality starlet followed with a series of posts from women alleging he slept with them, wanted nude photographs or was on his way to see them.
Rogers and Evans wed in December 2012.
Evans is slated to appear in court for the charges against Rogers on Feb. 18.
