Jennifer Lopez is living "in the moment"

It has been an interesting two years for Jennifer Lopez, and she sat down with Gayle King on Friday's CBS This Morning and talked about love, her career, and so much more.

E! Online reports the 43-year-old entertainer is a "hopeless romantic" and is taking her life day by day.

"I've always looked at relationships for the future," she told King. "Where is it going? Are we getting married? But now I'm like, maybe it's OK to just be in the moment. Maybe it's OK to enjoy this for right now. Who knows where it's going? There's love here. Relax."

Lopez is talking about her boyfriend Casper Smart, an actor who is 18 years younger than Lopez. E! Online says the couple started dating quickly after she and husband Marc Anthony divorced. However, it is not Lopez who is affected most by the split, but her 4-year-old twins Emme and Max.

"It wasn't until recently they started going, 'Where's Daddy?' And I'm like, 'I'm going to explain it to you when you're bigger because you're not going to understand it right now.' And they'll take that."

Lopez is currently starring in the film Parker , which opened in theaters today, Jan. 25. The Huffington Post reports Lopez sat down with Extra to talk about a strip scene in the film. How did Lopez's current squeeze take it? "He loved it," said Lopez. "He's like 'you look great'."

The crime/thriller film also stars Jason Statham and is rated-R.
