The Jonas Brothers have found themselves in some legal trouble.
A woman named Ashleigh Johnson, who attended one of their concerts three years ago, launched a lawsuit against the band, claiming she was caught in a fan crush and as a result, got seriously injured.
Johnson specifically sued Jonas Brothers Enterprises and Caruso Management Co. for the 2010 incident, in which she claims she suffered “severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system,” E! Online reports.
She also claims to have experienced “great mental...and nervous pain” from the incident.
Johnson attended a free afternoon concert at Los Angeles' The Grove, which is owned by Caruso Management, when the said incident is claimed to have taken place.
MTV News reports that Johnson claims in the lawsuit that the Jonas Brothers didn’t take the proper steps to ensure the crowd’s safety and failed to supply enough security although they knew how many people would be showing up to hear them play. For this, she’s suing for negligence and attempting to get unspecified damages.
