Putting all the recent controversy and scandal behind him, 18-year-old “Beauty and the Beat” singer Justin Bieber is focusing on what really matters: his career.
Bieber, who is still currently on his Believe tour, hinted that big things are in his future. Not only is he readying the release of a new acoustic album, it also looks like he’ll be hosting and performing on Saturday Night Live in the near future.
Though it has not been officially confirmed yet, the “As Long As You Love Me” singer has been dropping not-so-subtle hints about the SNL gig ever since New Year’s.
“2013. What's coming? #snl ???” he teased on Twitter January 2. This week he continued teasing his appearance.
“Maybe I’m hosting and performing on SNL...maybe. :)” he wrote on Facebook Monday.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Bieber has never hosted the late night sketch comedy show. He has, however, performed on the SNL stage and has made multiple guest appearances in the past few years. According to Gossip Cop, most recently, he had a cameo in a 2012 Digital Short called “100th Digital Short,” alongside Justin Timberlake, Usher, Michael Bolton, Natalie Portman, and Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island.
