Bieber’s hosting follows in the footsteps of this season’s hosts Anne Hathaway, Jamie Foxx, and will also follow Maroon 5’s Adam Levine, who is slated to host Jan. 26.
In addition to his hosting debut, Bieber will also be promoting his new album, Believe Acoustic, which is slated for a Jan. 29 release. He previously performed two songs from the upcoming album, Billboard notes. On New Year’s Eve, he performed an acoustic version of “Boyfriend” as well as two other songs.
