Kelly Osbourne reportedly engaged to Matthew Mosshart

Fashion Police host Kelly Osbourne is reportedly engaged to Matthew Mosshart.

Us Weekly reports that the two secretly took the next step of their relationship weeks before Christmas. The magazine cited several sources close to the couple, including one who says they are “really excited.”

“Kelly is the happiest she's ever been,” a friend of the E! host told the magazine. “Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy.”

She met the vegan chef at Kate Moss’ wedding in July 2011. They were first seen as a couple in public months later in December.

According to The Huffington Post, Osbourne has been gushing about Mosshart in interviews recently.

“I couldn't believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could,” she told the U.K. magazine Fabulous in October. “But I'm so happy. I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before.”

"I'm in love and I don't care who knows about it!" she also tweeted in June.

The Osbourne family likes Mosshart, too. A source close to the family told Us, “Matthew is a stand-up guy.”

Osbourne hasn’t confirmed the report. It was rumored in June that they were engaged, but those reports were denied.
