Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos list midtown penthouse for $24.5 million

The Live! with Kelly and Michael co-host and her husband have just put their gorgeous midtown Manhattan property on the real estate market.

People is reporting that the couple have listed their New York City penthouse at $24.5 million. It was originally purchased in 2006 for about a third of the price of the current listing.

According to Zillow an online real estate database, the property is located at 76 Crosby Street in the expensive So Ho district. The website, which conducts research on real estate listings, gives the penthouse an estimated market value of $8.6 million, only a fraction of what Ripa is asking.

Photos show an extravagant loft with roof access to a fully-furnished patio with a Jacuzzi.

Ripa, 41, who is originally from New Jersey, has hosted Live! in New York since 2000.
The Hollywood Reporter's feature lists her in 2012 as one of the 35 most powerful people in media. She calls her Emmy-award winning talk show a “Love Note to New York.”
