Kristen Bell sues tequila bar for unpaid profits

Forgetting Sarah Marshall star Kristen Bell is suing L’Scorpion restaurant for believed unpaid profits.

According to Virgin Media, the pregnant actress and four other plaintiffs each invested $20,000 back in 2005, expecting to receive 5 percent of the profits. Although the bar, owned by the Meridian Restaurant group, has seen monthly profits of $30,000 since their opening in 2006, the plaintiffs do not believe they have received their 5 percent as promised.

E! Online reports that Bell, 32, and the other plaintiffs are suing L’Scorpion for breach of contract as well as breach of fiduciary duty. The official court documents were filed on Friday in Los Angeles.

As if that wasn’t hard enough for the young actress, Bell has reported some recent pregnancy woes, saying, “You kind of go brain dead when you’re pregnant.” Bell is pregnant with her first child with fiancé Dax Shephard, 37.

Although the two have been together for years, Radar Online reported last February that Bell had no interest in having a wedding and “considers [herself] already married.”
