Lady Gaga is channeling her inner Jazz talents as the Mother Monster is slated to collaborate with musical genius Tony Bennett for a new album.
MTV reports that Gaga previously teased her hopes to work with Bennett on Twitter Wednesday when she posted a photo of herself with Bennett writing, “And here's me and my handsome date, I simply cannot wait for our album together, he's my darling!”
MTV notes that the news of a possible Gaga-Bennett album first surfaced in late 2012, but the news was quickly forgotten after she announced ARTPOP as well as her tour.
The two appeared together at a party following President Obama’s inauguration where the two appeared on stage to sing, “The Lady is a Tramp.”
Bennett previously gushed about Gaga stating, “She's the biggest. I'll tell you, I never met anyone with more talent than that lady."
It is unclear when fans will get to hear a track off of the album or when she plans to announce a solid release date.
