Lady Gaga has responded to Sharon Osbourne’s Facebook post which called out the “Mother Monster” for bullying her daughter Kelly.
As we previously reported, the former America’s Got Talent judge responded to an open letter Gaga posted on her website. Osbourne sought out a reply from Gaga after a handful responded to the letter by posting death threats to Kelly.
Osbourne called the letter, which stated that Kelly’s position on Fashion Police is a way of bullying others, “hypocritical and full of contradictions.”
She expressed, “You say [Kelly's] work on E! with the Fashion Police is 'rooted in criticism, judgment, and rating people's beauty against one another.' Welcome to the real world.”
Gaga has since responded via Facebook, Us Weekly reports. She responds, “The "real world" can be cruel, why not try to change it into a better place? I am an activist. Nobody takes adolescents seriously, I do. My letter to Kelly Osbourne was open, because her statements on cyber-bulling were public & as a youth activist I'm compelled to be involved.”
No word yet if the three women plan to bury the hatchet.
