Leann Rimes sat down for a revealing interview with Entertainment Tonight, where she discussed her recent rehab stint and her fear that husband, Eddie Cibrian, might not be faithful.
Rimes and Cibrian were both married when they started their affair, and they eventually left their respective spouses and married each other.
So when asked if she ever questioned Cibrian’s fidelity, Rimes said "I would be ignorant to say, and everyone else would think I am a liar if I didn't say yes, and I have at times," ETOnline reports.“Speaking for him, I would actually say that's creeped into his [mind]…I think we've been very honest and open with that to each other and our conversations about it have only made me understand how much he actually cares, as much as I do, about being faithful to each other,” she continued.
“All of the emotions that you feel ... it's like a roller-coaster ride," she said of her past and her experience in rehab, which was meant to deal with those emotions. "Every emotion changes. What you have to learn to deal with is you have to learn how to ride the roller coaster. So I think where people end up doing something so drastic is when they felt like there's no ride to take anymore."
The Huffington Post reports that Rimes’ new album Spitfire includes many songs about the affair that the country singer has written herself. It comes out this spring.
